Cabana Shipping Terms
- We ship to the lower 48 states, Cabana’s sold locally in Hawaii.
- We ship via truck-line (Cabana Frame) and UPS (Cabana Canopy).
- Freight charges will be included in your final statement.
- Business Off-Loading: Where dock facilities are available, our product
can be off-loaded with a pallet jack or lift truck.
- Residential Off-Loading: Please ensure sufficient manpower (2 ppl.)
the day of delivery to help unload the shipment as the freight operator is under
no obligation to assist you
- Additional Shipping Charges may occur for Remote Locations, Restricted Access
or Excessive Wait Time.
*Please let your sales representative know about any special circumstances
regarding your delivery location so that all unanticipated charges may be avoided.
WARRANTY
MATERIAL & WORKMANSHIP
We guarantee our Cabana structure to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship at the time of delivery. It is the nature of wood to have small
cracks, knots, grain and color variation. Sometimes with changes in moisture
environments, the wood may shrink and swell slightly. These conditions are not
considered defects. The Canopy Sunbrella®
material is 100% waterproof, however the seams sometimes need to get wet a half
dozen times or so to become completely waterproof as the threads need to swell
and fill in the thread holes (just like a tent). Again, this is not considered
a defect. |
